COVID-19 Announcement

Like many of you, we are closely monitoring the outbreak of coronavirus (COVID-19) and the impact it is having on everyone around the world and especially here locally in Colorado. As a local company, we are taking action to ensure the safety and well-being of our customers and employees.  As many of you know, the storm season here in Colorado can be relentless and we are making sure we are fully prepared and operational to service your needs. We want you to have the full assurance that we are taking many necessary steps in response to this current but fluid situation, we are all facing:

  • At Columbine, we are prepared to conduct the entire process to set up your roofing project via email and/or over the phone to avoid person to person contact.
  • After speaking with you and conducting an initial inspection of your roof (which you need not be present for), we will text or email you a YouTube link of our inspection, outlining your roof’s condition.
  • For insurance claims, we will call your insurance company on three way to help facilitate the process in setting up your adjuster appointment.
  • We will meet with the adjuster while maintaining social distancing requirement of 6 feet.  Our goal is to ensure that you are compensated properly for all damage to your home as well as make sure that everything is brought up to current building code.
  • We will then provide a full written proposal for your project via email. We will also go over the entire project and process, from start to finish via a Zoom screen share meeting.
  • Here at Columbine, we have everything we need to accomplish a full restoration of your home’s roof, without a face-to-face meeting.
  • We have the ability to accept credit cards, so no checks need to be exchanged.
  • Due to the economic hit most everyone is taking, we are now offering a plan giving you 6 months zero interest which then automatically rolls into a 120 month plan at 9.99% to cover in case you need longer.  There is no penalty for early pay-off.
  • Our in-house staff has been reduced and operating in strict accordance with CDC guidelines.  Employees now working remote and field reps are also doing likewise.
  • With safety in mind, at this critical time, we are prepared to provide the excellent workmanship and customer service we are known for.
