Columbine was different
I was dreading getting our roof redone after the big hailstorm in May. I talked to several roofing companies and most treated me like just another customer. From the start, Columbine was different. Every person I dealt with was patient, kind-hearted, and easy to talk to. They took their time to explain processes, materials, and concerns. They effectively communicated expectations for me and my family and they were incredibly accommodating when I needed to move our roofing date three different times. On top of this, when my insurance company had issues delivering the check, they didn't bat an eye and worked with me to get the work completed on time.
But the best part was when I got a text from my neighbor telling me our roofing company had knocked on their door. I just thought Columbine was soliciting new business, but they really just asked for access to their fenced backyard so they could clean up any material and debris that had blown into their yard. OUR yard was also nearly spotless. Oh, and our roof looks great! Cannot recommend these guys enough!
